Find Your Newself in “Paradise Beach”- Weekend Destination in Puducherry

We went to Paradise Beach by Ola Cab from our hotel. You can hire two wheeler and visit this place. This place is very near to Pondicherry Main Bus Stand (8km)

As soon as you enter Paradise Beach area after car parking you see these display boards (given below) and get an idea about the rate for different activities though there are a lot of activities inside the beach area. Get your car parking tickets if you want your car to stay in the parking area.

Enjoy the way and do photoshoots as much as you can because the view is stunning as you walk through the coconut lane! Few meters walking before you catch your boat will give you a pleasant feeling!

If you want to listen to the tides and the wind sit for sometime on beautiful boat house benches 🙂

Then get your ticket for the boat and whatever activities you want to add on. Remember to keep the tickets till you come back. For us nobody checked the tickets yet it’s better to keep them safe.

Get on the motor boat for your few minutes journey to “Paradise Beach”! Wear orange life jacket for safety. Wooden board welcomes the visitors! “Welcome to PARADISE Beach”.

Greenery of coconut trees and mangrove forest on the land makes the journey cool!

Even small naturally grown plants look so beautiful here!

There is place for rain dance. Water falls on you like shower and your favorite music is played at the cost of few bucks. Perfect place to enjoy with children and friends!

Play volleyball, discus throw in the area. Boat House staff will provide the equipment when asked. Build sand castle. Drink tender coconut water and relax in the beach shed house (hut shaped and umbrella shaped) and chairs (made of natural components like coconut leaves and wood). There is facility of taking shower after you swim in the ocean (separate shower rooms for male and female). After all your activities on the beach eat at the restaurant which provide excellent quality food!

Chunnambar Boat House

We spent nearly 2 hours at Paradise Beach. The way the whole beach area is kept neat and clean and the services provided by the Boat House authority, this is truly paradise for those who seek quick escape from monotonous life!
